PrimeCare Transport specializes in safe, sensitive and secure transport and agrees to offer the following services at the following rates:

 

Wheelchair/Ambulatory:

●  Non-emergency medical transport
●  Service specifically designed for the physically challenged
●  Bedside-to-Doctor service, from patient’s bedside to doctor’s office/room
●  Transport Technicians, more than just drivers, are specially trained professionals
    certified in CPR, First Aid, and Defensive Driving
●  Additional rider (1) is free with patient transport
●  Next day and same day appointments when available

 

Invalid Stretcher:

●  Includes above services, plus an additional Transport Technician

One-Way Rates - Memphis, TN

​

 

Wheelchair/Ambulatory . . . . $50      (+ $2.50/mile after 10 miles)

 

All Wheelchair/Ambulatory trips before 7:00 am and after 6:00 pm, as well as trips on Weekends, Holidays, and Inclement Weather will be charged an additional $20/hour.

 

(Long distance trips, over 30 miles, will have a $1.00/mile deadhead mileage addition)

Wheelchair/Car Seat Rental . . . . . $15 Discharge (additional) . . . . $15

 

Bariatric Wheelchair Service will include an additional $50 for each 100 lbs at and over 300 lbs, each way.

 

Invalid Stretcher . . . . $145      (+ $5.00/mile after 10 miles)

All Invalid Stretcher trips before 7:00 am and after 6:00 pm, as well as trips on Weekends, Holidays, and Inclement Weather will be charged an additional $40/hour.

 

(Long distance trips, over 30 miles, will have a $2.00/mile deadhead mileage addition)

 

No Show Rate . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $80 Wait Time . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $40/15 mins

Discharge (additional) . . . . $15

 

Bariatric Stretcher Service will include an additional $100 for each 100 lbs at and over 300 lbs, each way.
